Please send any questions to: CustomerService@trinitydreams.com. 14. I found a party invitation design I like on the website, but I want to use different wording. Can I do that? Yes, you can have any wording printed on any invitation. Please put this information in the "Personalized Text" box during the checkout process. 15. I am having a problem placing an order. For some reason I cannot seem to get to an order page. What is the problem? If you click the "Add To Cart" button underneathe the item you want to purchase, and nothing happens, it is possible you have a Pop-Up Blocker on your internet browser. When you click "Add To Cart", a new window opens in your browser so you can complete your transaction. If you have a Pop-Up Blocker enabled, the window will not open and you will not be able to complete your order. Please see your web browsers help page to find out how to disable this feature so you can complete your order. . |
