1. When do I give you my personalized text to be printed on my order? When you complete the checkout process, you will be asked what personalized text you would like on your order in the Paypal shopping cart. If you miss this section during the checkout process, please send us an email with your personalized text information immediately after placing your order. If we do not receive your personalization, we will print your shipping address on address labels. 2. How will my order be shipped? All orders are shipped out via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. You will receive an email confirmation the day your order ships out. You should receive your order within 2-5 business days after your order ships out. Click here to view the shipping terms & costs page. 3. What will the shipping charges for my purchase be? Click here to view the shipping charges page. 4. How long will my personalized order take to ship out? Because of the personalized time dedicated to each order, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be completed. Most orders will not take this long, but please keep this in mind when placing an order. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to ensure your order can be ready in that amount of time. 5. What payment methods are accepted? Click here to view the Payment Methods page. The accepted forms of payment are as follows: Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks), and Visa, Mastercard, and American Express by fax. We do not accept personal checks, unless it is an e-check through Paypal. If you do not want to use our online shopping cart to pay for your order, please fax your order to us. 6. What happens if I'm not satisfied with my order? Simply send us an email telling us what is wrong with your order. We will fix your order and reprint it. We do not offer refunds on personalized orders. Send emails to: customerservice@trinitydreams.com. 7. How long will it take my order to arrive? All orders are shipped out via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. After your order is created (please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be created), you should receive your order within 2-5 business days. 8. How will my order be packaged? We package all orders in a Postal Service Priority Mail envelope to prevent damage.. 9. Can I change the logo, design or color of my personalized order? Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to change the design you order. We are not accepting custom-designed orders until further notice. 10. Will you ship internationally, or only to the United States? We will ship internationally, at our descretion, but there is an extra shipping charge. The flat rate to ship out of the United States is $7.00, no matter how much you buy. Please email us if you plan on making an international purchase, so we can approve your order and send you an invoice for the correct amount. If you do not contact us before-hand, your international order will be delayed. |
